Express Entry Program

Canada Express Entry Program was launched in January 2015 by Citizenship and Immigration Canada for skilled labour to enter Canada and join its workforce. Persons with experience in any field of work, skill or professional background can put their profile in the pool. The Federal and Provincial governments of Canada then choose eligible applicants.

Candidates who receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) will have 90 days to submit an online application and upload required documents for permanent residence in any one of the following 4 programs:

  • - Provincial Nomination Program

Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program

The Atlantic Immigration Pilot (AIPP) is a three-year employer-driven immigration program aimed at addressing skills gaps and labour market needs in the four Atlantic Provinces by assisting employers in attracting and retaining skilled immigrants.

    • - you have not yet turned the age of 50.
    • - Your nominated occupation is on the relevant skilled occupation list.
    • - You have a positive skill assessment in your nominated occupation.
    • - You have scored at least 6.0 on each component of IELTS or scored "B" on each component of OET.
      Exemptions
    • - You have been nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency.
  2. Visa Application
    • - You have been invited by the Department.
    • - Your nomination from a state or territory government agency has not been withdrawn.
    • - you pass both the health and character requirement.
    • - Your claimed points in EOI match the points that you will submit the visa application.
